I find that if I set rock-solid goals, I inevitably never even come close, and then I spend the next week or so in self-pugilation rather than with my fingers on the keyboard. It's a circle of sublime pitifulness. I'm so bad that it impresses me when people write blog entries in advance. So I'm impressed! Enjoy the trip, and I really like your blog!
Oh, I'm usually the same. I just convince myself that I'm "good at procrastination" and hope for the best.
But in terms of writing blog entries in advance, it worked out really well. I guess you get into a flow. So that's something I'm going to be doing from now on.
