Building my writing career. One carefree, painless step at a time - I swear. My hair even improves in the process. That's karma for you, ladies and gents.

Hey Erin, thanks for chatting over at my blog and thanks for the link.
I like your list of changes. I haven't noticed any changes in my hair or beauty regimen. But I think having kids broke me of all those habits years ago...
The one thing about your list that really struck me was I believe #2 where you talked about joining a writer's group and feeling you belong wherever you go. This is awesome. More specifically, the part where you said... this is what I do, this is who I am... I didn't have that epiphany until I turned 39! So I think you are way ahead of the game. (I am assuming you are younger than me) I remember the moment I had this feeling too. I had always been a closet writer, but the day I "came out" and said this is me, everything changed.
So kudos to you! Keep at it. You're on your right path.
Thanks so much for the support Sheri. I think it's that writing is such a creative practice, and you can be so prolific at it, too. I guess it's just that you can do so much with it, and such an array of options, that it seems so fulfilling to me.
